I have over 20 years experiance working in sexual health in London and Brighton supporting patients following diagnosis of a sexually transmitted infection and talking about all aspects of sex and sexuality. I decided to retrain as a psychosexual therapist after seeing how distressing sexual difficulties can be for both individuals and couples. It takes courage to access help. The problem may be life long, have started after a specific life event or have had a gradual onset. Common presentations include vulval pain, vaginismus, erectile and ejaculaty problems, loss of desire, body image concerns, difficulty with orgasm and arousal problems. I work with all difficulties and have specialist interest in vulval pain disorders/vaginismus.
I am based in Brighton in discreet premises, free parking is available and I am 1 minute from a bus stop.  I have a down to earth approach and use humour where appropriate.
I am a member of the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT) and work strictly within their ethical code of practise. I have supervision from a COSRT accredited supervisor to ensure best practise. I hold full professional liability insurance.
The images below show the therapy room that I work from. The aim is for you to feel as relaxed and comfortable as possible so feel free to take your shoes off or wrap a blanket round yourself.
